SCS WARRANTY PROCEDURES

BestPriceAudioVideo.com processes all of the initial warranty plan paperwork and application materials on behalf of our customers. We send this in to SCS electronically at the end of the month |

SCS initiates the extended warranty service agreement at their headquarters after they have received the information we submit to them. A Postcard is then mailed to the customer's billing address. This will contain all of the information for the warranty plan includeing the contract number and information about obtaining service - should the need arise. Our customers usually receive this postcard from SCS in 90 days or less. |
